The Challenge Funds the Cure
We are excited to announce a new partnership that amplifies our commitment to combating pediatric brain tumors. This year, Abby's Corner is yet again joining forces with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF) for their event, The Challenge Funds the Cure.
Saturday, March 28th, at 8am
Raymond James Stadium, 4201 North Dale Mabry, Tampa, FL
The funds raised through our team will directly support pediatric cancer research, with a particular emphasis on brain tumors.
Memorial Scholarship
In Abby's honor, her family has sponsored a college education scholarship in partnership with Abby's high school, C. Leon King High School in Tampa, FL.
Each year, two Black, female students planning to pursue a college degree will be selected and will each receive a $1,000 stipend towards any collegiate expenses.
Cancer Chomp
Each year, we return to Abby's treatment home, the University of Florida, to take part in their Cancer Chomp!
Cancer chomp is an annual 5k fundraising event sponsored by the University of Florida to benefit UF Health patients combatting brain tumors and their families.
